The Promontory Pointe Pool will open for the 2026 season on March 6, 2026.

There will only be ONE bathroom available until repairs can be completed for the other.  The door is marked for BOTH Male and Female and an inner lock has been installed to prevent entry when in use.  Please be patient and courteous of others until this situation is fixed.  Remember you will still have to press the EXIT button in addition to unlocking the slide lock to open the door from inside.

Hours are 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Thursday – Tuesday) and 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Wednesday).  Please read the Pool and Recreation Rules posted on our website for more information about the pool and HOA recreation facilities.  More information can also be found under the Our Amenities tab on our website. A waiver can also be obtained HERE.

• If you currently have an entry card and have registered with a waiver, your card is still active in the system and you are good to go!
• If you currently have a card but have not filled out a waiver, you will not be able to gain access until your card has been registered. You can obtain a waiver online, fill it out and email it to DAMC for activation.
• If you do not have a card, the cost is $10 and a waiver must be completed in order to purchase.  You can go to the DAMC office and/or contact Claudia Carr for more information on how to obtain a card.
