Pool Parking Lot Maintenance!!

The Promontory Pointe Pool Parking Lot will be closed on 13-14 April for maintenance.  See below for deatils:

We will be performing maintenance work on the pool parking lot, which will include crack filling, sealcoating, and striping. This work is part of ongoing efforts to protect and extend the life of the pavement and keep the area looking clean and well-maintained.

To help ensure the project runs smoothly and to avoid any inconvenience, please review the important information below:

What to Expect

  • The pool parking lot will be closed to all vehicle traffic during the work and curing process
  • Access will be restricted with barricades and signage
  • Work will be completed in a timely manner to minimize disruption

Before Work Begins

  • Please remove all vehicles from the pool parking lot prior to the scheduled start date
  • Any vehicles remaining in the work area may need to be relocated at the owner’s expense or could delay the project

During the Project

  • Do not move barricades for any reason
  • Do not enter the work zone (vehicle or foot traffic)—doing so will damage the surface during the curing process and may result in costly repairs
  • Fresh sealcoat can be damaged by vehicle or foot traffic, and may track onto other surfaces
  • Please use alternate parking areas during this time

After Completion

  • The lot will remain closed for approximately 24 hours after application to allow proper curing
  • Barricades will be removed once the area is safe for vehicle and foot traffic
  • Tire marks are normal on newly sealcoated surfaces and will gradually fade over the next 30 days
  • Avoid turning wheels while stationary for the first few days, as this can scuff the new surface

Additional Reminders

  • Please ensure sprinkler systems are turned off in and around the work area during the project and remain off for at least 48 hours after completion
  • Work may be rescheduled due to weather conditions if necessary

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we complete this important maintenance. These improvements will help extend the life of the pavement and maintain a clean, safe environment for everyone to enjoy.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.  Thanks for your patience as we continue to improve our amenities.
