Gated areas have been requested to be open by 8:00 am and close by 4:00 pm.

If you are planning on participating, HIGHLY recommend to post signs directing customers to your home. Signs are out for advertising!

Community Garage Sale covers Promontory Pointe, Promontory Heights (gated), Promontory Reserve (gated), and Peak at Promontory (gated).

Please purchase your garage sale permit in advance to avoid potential penalties.
